Hello, I not only write, but I love reading. I don't understand how one can go through life without a book in hand. The joy that I get from reading is indescribable. I still love other medias like movies, etc. Books are still glorious though! I could give you lists a mile long of books to read, but I'll just mention a few.
Good scary sci-fi: Phantoms, Dean Koontz
Good Romance: Anything by Jane Austen
Good Children’s Fantasy: The Chronicles of Narnia
Check out the books by L.M. Montgomery if you have a young girl in your home or if you don't. The Anne series, The Emily series and the Avonlea series are all wonderful. I loved them when I was a girl and I love them now. There is also a wonderful rendition of the Anne stories that was done by Sullivan Entertainment. The Avonlea series was done by Disney and can be rented. The shows leave a lot out though and I recommend reading the books.
I'm a busy mother of two living in Oregon. I have started my own online company, "CCPublications", so I can stay home with my kids. I am writing and illustrating books for children and adults. To learn more about my company or contact me on other social networks please visit my website:

I'm taking a break from "Who is Peter" and working on my illustrations instead. It helps me to go between projects. That way when I hit a rock I just leave it for a while, eventually the rock rolls away. http://ping.fm/dPPxS
